At an oral hearing on Friday 15th September, Adam Johnson J granted BBC permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal from his decision in BBC v BBC Pension Trust Ltd & anor [2023] EWHC 1965 (Ch).
This means that, along with the Virgin Media case, two important cases on the validity of pension scheme amendments will now be heard by the Court of Appeal in the coming months. Watch this space!
