FRC to develop actuarial guidance on Virgin Media legislation

As expected, the Financial Reporting Council has announced that it will develop technical guidance to support scheme actuaries in confirming historic scheme amendments under the forthcoming legislation following the Virgin Media case. The FRC will liaise closely in this respect with industry professionals and associations.
