Government to legislate to deal with issues arising from Virgin Media v NTL Pension Trustees

The Government has today announced that it will introduce legislation to give pension schemes affected by the Virgin Media decision the ability to retrospectively obtain written actuarial confirmation that historic benefit changes met the necessary standards. See this link:
